Archer Foods is a team. We are trusted, competent and experienced. It’s not just a job for us, it’s a passion. It’s a privilege to work alongside our suppliers and customers finding solutions and keeping them positioned to take advantage of market opportunities.
Joining Archer Foods in 2017, Diasy was born and raised on a Hawke’s Bay sheep and beef farm before equipping herself with a Bachelor of Food Science from Otago University.
As a passionate foodie, Daisy has a range of experience from around the world in event management and catering. She’s also a busy working Mum, which means her super-organised nature and eye for detail keeps all facets of Archer Foods logistics and accounts running smoothly.

Nick began working in the meat industry in 2003 after completing a B.Com in Supply Chain Management at Lincoln University. In 2006 an opportunity arose to purchase what has now become Archer Foods. This also allowed Nick to return to Hawke’s Bay where he grew up.
Nick is proud of the relationships he’s built with suppliers and customers, some of which are now onto the second generation. Growing up in rural Hawke’s Bay, Nick has a deep passion and knowledge for all things meat and farming. A keen amateur rugby player in his younger years, he now enjoys doing the odd half marathon (slowly), mountain biking, watching his two boys play rugby, and when time allows, hunting, fishing and diving.

Dave started working in the New Zealand Meat industry in 1989. These years of experience and knowledge delivering results our suppliers and customers can trust makes him an invaluable part of the team.
Throughout his career Dave has sold meat in over 30 different countries throughout the Pacific & Asia, as well as spending two years living in Hong Kong and six months in China.
Prior to joining Archer Foods in 2019, Dave spent three years procuring and managing his own weekly toll kill of beef. A passionate and knowledgeable breeder of dogs, you’ll normally find him outside of work roaming New Zealand’s hill country hunting deer or buying petfood for his 90kg Great Danes; George & Fred.

Here they breed and finish beef cattle, sheep and deer. This gives them a unique and detailed understanding of the entire process from pasture to plate. They regularly host visitors from New Zealand and overseas on their farm and welcome any suppliers or customers to visit. We love nothing more than showing why what happens on our farm and many others make New Zealand grass-fed beef, lamb and venison considered the best in the world.
